Danica Patrick was born March 25, 1982 in Beloit, Wisconsin. Danica grew up in Illinois and got her start in racing competing in go kart competitions. Danica began driving for Rahal Letterman Racing in 2005 and made her IRL IndyCar debut in 2005. In 2009 Danica Patrick announced she will drive part time in the NASCAR Nationwide Series for JR Motorsports. Danica will continue to be sponsored by Go Daddy in her NASCAR endeavors.
